We roast freshly each Friday in Berlin. We ship on Thursdays.
Caraya Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery that works hand in hand with small Bolivian producers. The direct way "from farm to cup" is taken seriously by us: We import the beans ourselves and ensure that the growers and producers receive a fair price. We try to work as sustainably as possible along our supply chain. This starts at origin: the coffee plants are grown in mixed cultures with other plants.

After importation, we carefully roast the beans in small batches in the drum roaster. In the process, we control the quality of our coffee week after week. Our coffees are all hand-roasted with much love. And should you ever have something to complain about, we are of course personally there for you.
