Maya Espresso is fruity and suitable for the French Press, portafilter machines and the espresso stove-top (moca) pot. Some people also enjoy it as filter coffee. In the portafilter, we recommend a fine grind and several seconds of pre-infusion or blooming.

The "Crema" espresso is a medium-dark espresso roast, particularly suitable for fully automatic machines. Due to the gentle roasting, sweetness and fruity aromas still come to the fore even in the lungo.
