Wasi (“house” in Quechua) is our blend, which consists of at least 3 different Bolivian green coffees. We created this blend to go to the darker extreme because many people asked for it. It was important to us that the espresso is particularly soluble, which is why we went very late into the 1st crack - so the coffee has a long total roasting time of almost 20 minutes. Nevertheless, the final temperature is not too high, at 209 degrees it is at a normal level for our espressos.
This makes the espresso dark, but very enjoyable. Look forward to strong roasted aromas, paired with heaviness and a certain sweetness that is essential for a good espresso!
