Description
Our "Crema" espresso for fully automatic coffee machines is characterized by its sweetness, which comes from the light espresso roasting. We mix washed and natural beans and roast them to a maximum of 218 degrees. Due to the lighter roasting, the coffee does not taste flat even as a "Lungo" from the fully automatic machine, but gets a pleasant sweetness and juiciness. Also recommended as an espresso!

Maya Espresso is fruity and suitable for the French Press, portafilter machines and the espresso stove-top (moca) pot. Some people also enjoy it as filter coffee. In the portafilter, we recommend a fine grind and several seconds of pre-infusion or blooming.
